Processing time

Orders are generally processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive an order confirmation after checkout and another notification when your order ships or is ready for pickup.

United States shipping

Economy shipping is available for eligible shippable products:

• $18 for eligible merchandise subtotals from $0.01 through $150.00
• $15 for eligible merchandise subtotals from $150.01 through $299.99
• Free Economy shipping for eligible merchandise subtotals of $300 or more

Estimated delivery is generally 5–8 business days after processing. Carrier delays, weather, and incorrect or incomplete addresses can affect delivery times.

United Arab Emirates delivery

DHL Express rates for eligible products are calculated at checkout. Delivery is free for eligible merchandise subtotals of AED 1,200 or more. Available rates and the final order total are displayed in AED at checkout.

Free local pickup in Decatur

Eligible products can be picked up free at 2581 Candler Rd, Decatur, GA 30032. Select Pickup during checkout when it is available. Orders are usually ready in 2–4 days, and we will email you when your order is ready.

Pickup hours are Tuesday–Friday, 9:00 AM–7:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; and Sunday by appointment only. Please bring your order confirmation.

Fulfillment-specific products

Products labeled Pickup Only cannot be shipped. Virtual services and eGift Cards are not physical shipments. The available fulfillment method is shown on the product page and confirmed during checkout.

Order tracking

When a shipped order leaves our studio, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Damages and delivery issues
