What methods of payment do you accept?
PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and B. Xquisit Gift Cards are the only payment methods accepted at this time.
What is your pricing policy?
All prices for services and products are subject to change. There are no refunds on services rendered. Product refunds must be done within 10 days of purchase with original receipt. Refunds may only be given to the original purchaser.
How does the tipping process work? What is normal?
Our prices do not include gratuities for service providers. Tipping is optional, but if the service meets or exceeds your expectations, it is definitely appreciated. You can tip service providers with cash or credit card.
What is your cancellation policy?
Providing outstanding service is the core of our business. Because services are reserved especially for you, we ask that you notify us 48 hours in advance to change or cancel appointments without penalty.
Do you accommodate late arrivals?
We pride ourselves on providing service to all of our clients in a timely and professional manner. Your promptness is greatly appreciated and required to properly serve you. In the event that you are running late, please call us to confirm if we can still accommodate you.
What is proper salon etiquette?
B. Xquisit Hair Studio is an environment of relaxation and tranquility. Please respect all of our guest’s right to privacy and quiet by being mindful when using your cellular phones.
Do you allow children in the salon?
Children are welcome as long as they are scheduled for services. If not, we ask that you respect the other guest’s peace and quiet by not bringing your children unless they are receiving service(s). This also allows you time for yourself to enjoy your services.
My hair looks great when I leave the salon, why can’t I get it to look like that at home?"
Your stylist can show you how to achieve a similar style at home. We use specific styling products to achieve your look. Be sure to take home the recommended products and tools so you can duplicate the look on a daily basis.
How do I know which cap size to choose when placing the order from my wig? (Head Measuring Guide)
Please use the photo above as reference on how to measure your head circumference for your wig size if you have longer (past your bra fastener), thicker hair, or measure in between sizes, choose the next size up.
Are the wigs glueless? Can I use glue on the wig?
All of our wigs are 100% glueless with a band and comb attached inside the cap for extra security. You can use adhesive on the lace if you choose to, but it is not always needed.
Can I pick up my wig?
We allow orders to be picked up during these store hours by you or a person you appoint. We recommend you calling before arriving to make the transaction seamless and ID is required, be prepared to show ID to pick up your items.
